ROZA:--
Ramzan or Id-ul-Fitr is celebrated on the 1st of 'Shawaal', tenth lunar month of the Islamic calendar immediately after the month of Ramadan. 'Ramadan' is the name of one of the twelve months of the Muslim calendar year. It coincides with the months of October-November. Ramzan is a holy month for Muslims.
Fasting:--
e They fast during the day throughout that month, even without drinking water. Pious men among them spend the day during the month in prayer and reading their holy book 'Quran'. They have their meal only at night. Some Muslims spend the twenty-first and twnty-second days of this month mourning in memory of Ali, the Prophet's son-in-law, who died in the cause of their religion.
Speciality:--
Legend:--
Muslims say their holy book came down from heaven to the earth one night during the last ten days of this month. When it came, the whole of creation praised Allah or God. It is also believed that Prophet Muhammad announced a day for celebrations to reaffirm the feeling of brotherhood.
On this day, according to the Quran, Allah has ordained a dole for every Muslim who is free and is in possession of alms worthy a Pital. This charitable gift, called "Sadaqah Fitr", is a dole to break the fast. It is to be given to a needy person as thanksgiving. Even One who has not kept the 'Rozas' (fasting) is expected to give alms. The amount to be gifted must be in excess of one's essential needs and free from all encumbrances of debt. Food grains or their costs are permitted to be donated. The Quran also specifies the grain and their quantities. A person should give 3.5 lb of wheat or its flour per head, or 7lb of barley per head or their cost.
ZAKAT;--
One of the most important principles of Islam is that all things belong to God, and that wealth is therefore held by human beings in trust.
The word Zakat means both 'purification' and 'growth'. Our possessions are purified by setting aside a proportion for those in need, and, like the pruning of plants, this cutting back balances and encourages new growth.
Zakat is the amount of money that every adult, mentally stable, free, and financially able Muslim, male and female, has to pay to support specific categories people.
The Prophet said: 'Charity is a necessity for every Muslim. ' He was asked: 'What if a person has nothing?' The Prophet replied: 'He should work with his own hands for his benefit and then give something out of such earnings in charity.' The Companions asked: 'What if he is not able to work?' The Prophet said: 'He should help poor and needy persons.' The Companions further asked 'What if he cannot do even that?' The Prophet said 'He should urge others to do good.' The Companions said 'What if he lacks that also?' The Prophet said 'He should check himself from doing evil. That is also charity.
HAJ:--
Haj is the main & final arkan of ISLAM ..
Hajj or pilgrimage to Mecca is one of the five pillars of Islam. Hajj was made obligatory in the 9th year of Hijra. The Holy Prophet sent off 300 Muslims under the leadership of Hazrat Abubakr
Siddique (may Allah be pleased with him) to Mecca so that they could perform Hajj. That was the year when it was banned for the Mushrikeen (those who associate partners with Allah) to enter Ka’ba. It was also made unlawful to perform Tawaaf (circling of Ka’ba) with naked body.
The following year, 10th Hijra, the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) announced a head of time he himself would perform Hajj that year
. He led tens of thousands of Muslims to Hajj that year and demonstrated to Muslims how to perform all the rites and rituals of the Hajj. This Hajj is known in history as Hajjatul Wida’ or Farewell Pilgrimage because this proved to be the last Hajj the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) performed. At the end of this farewell pilgrimage, the divine revelation that had started some 22 years ago came to an end with the following verse of Surah Al-Maidah:
“This day have I completed My commandments for you, and have brought to its fullness the favor that I have bestowed upon you, and have chosen Islam as your religion”
.Hajj is an act of worship just like Salat (five daily prayers) and Sawm (fasting in the month of Ramadan). Muslims from all over the world gather in Mecca in the last month of Muslim calendar
and worship Allah. Hajj is a special worship that lasts for several days. This is an occasion that brings Muslims of all countries, colors, and races to one place – the Ka’ba. This is a unique opportunity of worshipping Allah collectively in a large gathering at one place.c
HAji through a stone to a shaitan it is also a important point of islam...
Agar mujse koi galati hui toh maaf kar do YA ALLAH
